Thank you for choosing Make Leather Goods for your digital products, courses, and print on-demand merchandise. Please review the following shipping and return policy to understand how we handle your purchases. Digital Product Downloads:

  1. Delivery: Upon successful payment for digital products, you will receive a download link via email or on your account page. Please ensure you provide a valid email address during the purchase process.

  2. Returns/Refunds: Due to the nature of digital products, we do not offer returns or refunds after the product has been downloaded. We encourage you to carefully review product descriptions and specifications before making a purchase.

 

Courses:

  1. Enrollment: After enrolling in a course, you will have immediate access to the course materials via your account dashboard.

  2. Returns/Refunds: Due to the nature of course  and training products, we offer a 24 hour trial period.  If you are not satisfied with the course content, please contact our customer support team within 24 hours of your purchase.

  3. Our customer support team will promptly supply a link to a refund request form that will be used to process your refund within 24 hours of receipt.

 

All MLG branded appeal and accessories are print on demand products

  1. Production Time: Our print on-demand products are custom-made for you. Please allow 3-5 business days for production before shipment.

  2. Shipping: We offer various shipping options. Shipping costs and estimated delivery times will be provided during the checkout process.

  3. Returns/Refunds: We take quality seriously. If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact our customer support team within 5 days of receiving your order. We will provide a replacement or a full refund, depending on your preference. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or issue refunds for products that meet quality standards.

  4. Exchanges: We will allow exceptions for size exchanges.  In order to request a size exchange, you must contact our customer support at info@makeleathergoods.com within 5 days of receiving your order.

 

Important Notes:

  • Cancellations: If you wish to cancel a digital product or course purchase, please contact us as soon as possible. If the product or course has not been accessed or downloaded, we may be able to process your cancellation.

  • Custom Orders: Custom print on-demand products are made specifically for you and cannot be returned or refunded unless they arrive damaged or are incorrect.

  • Shipping Delays: While we make every effort to ensure timely delivery, please be aware that external factors such as weather, customs, and other unforeseen circumstances may cause shipping delays. We will do our best to keep you informed and updated on your order's status.
